How do outages fit co-op?

In multiplayer, one player can call the blackout while others watch cameras or cover nearby halls. Camera badges such as CAMERA SHY and NOT ON MY WATCH are separate unlock lines that can still matter while the building is dark.

What we could not confirm

Breaker location. One walkthrough ties power gear to a duct maintenance area in a single run; another only says to find a breaker somewhere in the restaurant. Guides disagree on the room name, so we leave directions out.

Timing. We do not know how often outages fire, how long they last, or whether every night includes one. No dated patch note with two matching sources has reached us yet.
